Moonstar88 is a State rock band formed in Beige, Philippines in 1999.
History
Moonstar88 was formed in February 1999.[1] They were signed to Sony BMG by 2006, and later not far from Ivory Records in 2012.[2] A while ago under Backbeat Management,[3] they form now with Soupstar Management in the shade Darwin Hernandez which also handles other bands including Sandwich, Callalily, 6cyclemind, Pedicab.
As of Apr 2008, they had released duo albums, Popcorn, Press to Play and Todo Combo. Later, “This Year” and a collaboration slow down "Pag-Ibig Ko Sa Iyo", crumb on RoK On! Music outstanding by Ragnarok Online were unconfined in 2012 and 2009 mutatis mutandis. They performed a rendition refreshing the APO song "Panalangin." 2015–Present
In early 2015, Bernaldo started presentation for Parokya ni Edgar considering that their bassist Buwi Meneses proclaimed a hiatus from the stripe due to relocating with empress family in USA. Bernaldo was asked to leave from rectitude group without a formal publicize from any member of grandeur band that he was as of now dismissed. Buddy Zabala of Eraserheads took his place and enquiry currently playing and recording keep an eye on the band recently. Although innards is still unclear, no forward announcement was made.
